Five years ago, three sisters sat around the kitchen table with a cup of tea and an idea that had been talked about for years.

Those sisters were Molly, Rose and Claire.

Growing up, the three of us had always shared a love for fashion, although our styles couldn't have been more different. Molly was drawn to timeless, elegant pieces. Rose loved feminine details and a touch of colour, while Claire was always searching for something comfortable that still made her feel beautifully put together.

As the years passed, we noticed we were all struggling with the same thing.

Shopping had changed.

There seemed to be endless choice, yet finding clothes we genuinely wanted to wear became harder. So much of fashion was focused on fast-moving trends, while the beautiful, flattering and feminine pieces we loved seemed increasingly difficult to find.

We wanted clothes that made us feel confident without trying too hard. Pieces for Sunday lunch with the family, an afternoon in town, dinner with friends, holidays, birthdays and all those ordinary days in between.

One evening, sitting together at our family kitchen table, one of us said:

“Why don't we create the kind of shop we're always looking for ourselves?”

That little question changed everything.

Five Years of Molly, Rose & Claire

What started five years ago as an idea between three sisters slowly became Molly, Rose & Claire.

We didn't want to build just another fashion shop. We wanted to create a place that felt personal — somewhere women could discover beautiful pieces without having to chase every new trend.

From the beginning, we agreed on one rule: if none of us would happily wear it ourselves, it wouldn't belong in our collection.

And because the three of us have different tastes, that rule became one of our greatest strengths.

We look for flattering shapes, comfortable fabrics, feminine details and timeless designs. Some pieces are elegant, some are relaxed and some simply make you smile the moment you put them on.

But they all have one thing in common: they're chosen to be worn in real life.

Style Doesn't Have an Age

One belief has remained at the heart of our family business from the very beginning:

Beautiful style doesn't have an age.

We don't believe women should suddenly stop enjoying fashion because they've reached a certain birthday. And we certainly don't believe getting older means disappearing into clothes that don't make you feel like yourself.

Quite the opposite.

We've learnt that confidence often grows with age. You understand yourself better. You know what you like. And you stop dressing for everyone else.

That's why our collections aren't about telling women what they should wear. They're about helping you find something that makes you stand a little taller when you catch yourself in the mirror.

From Our Family to Yours

A lot has changed since that first conversation around the kitchen table five years ago.

But the feeling behind Molly, Rose & Claire hasn't.

Behind every collection are still those same three sisters, asking each other:

“Would you wear this?”

And after five years, we're incredibly grateful that what began as our little idea has found its way into the wardrobes of women across the UK.
